Calculations happen on your device

Your financial inputs are processed by JavaScript in your browser. This site does not send them to a calculation service, analytics platform, or account system. Unsaved calculator inputs are not deliberately written to local storage by the application. Your browser may independently restore form state or history.

What is remembered locally

The application uses your browser’s localStorage for your display currency, color theme, favorite tool identifiers, and up to eight recently visited tool identifiers. If you explicitly save a scenario, its name, calculator type, input values, currency, and save time are also stored locally. Up to 100 scenarios and 18 favorites are supported. No account is created.

This data is specific to the browser and website origin. It does not automatically follow you to another device, browser, subdomain, or HTTP/HTTPS version of the site. Private browsing, browser cleanup, or storage restrictions can remove it or prevent saving. Other people with access to your browser profile may be able to see it.

Share links contain your inputs

A shared scenario uses the URL fragment—the part after the # symbol—to carry its values. The browser does not include this fragment in a normal HTTP request to the host. But it is not encryption: anyone with the full link can read the inputs, and browser history, messaging apps, screenshots, or extensions may retain the link. Do not share sensitive information. The site warns you before copying a share link.

Downloads and backups

CSV exports and scenario backups are generated on your device. They contain the values you export and are not password-protected. Imported backups are read and validated locally; they are not uploaded. Treat exported files as personal information and store them carefully.

Offline caching

On supported browsers served over HTTPS, the site can cache its static pages, scripts, styles, and icons with a service worker. This allows the calculators to keep working offline once the cache is ready. This cache does not deliberately contain saved financial scenarios. The offline cache is separate from localStorage. Your browser’s site-data controls can remove both.

Cookies, trackers, and server logs

This application sets no cookies and includes no advertising scripts, third-party analytics, remote fonts, or external calculation APIs. Your hosting provider, proxy, browser, or network may still process connection information such as IP address, user agent, request path, and request time. If a site operator later adds analytics or other services, this notice must be updated.

External reference links

Educational references open third-party websites only when you follow them. Those websites have their own privacy practices. Calculator input values are not added to reference links.

Delete or move your data

Use the clear-local-data control in My stable to remove this application’s scenarios, favorites, history, and preferences. This clears keys beginning with “eh.” only; it does not erase unrelated website storage or automatically remove the offline cache. Export a backup first to preserve your scenarios. Browser settings can remove all site data, including cached pages.

Keep your browser profile private

Local storage is convenient, but it is not a secure vault. Avoid saving sensitive scenarios on shared or public devices. Use unnamed hypothetical amounts when a real financial detail is not necessary.
